Complaints

Our Federation of schools aim to be fair, open and honest when dealing with any concern or complaint and to resolve it through open dialogue and mutual understanding.

Careful consideration will be given to all concerns and complaints. It is in everyone’s interest that concerns and complaints are resolved at the earliest possible stage. Many issues can be resolved informally, without the need to use the formal stages of the complaint’s procedure.

The Federation/Schools take concerns and complaints seriously and will make every effort to deal with them as swiftly as possible. We will provide sufficient opportunity for any concern or complaint to be fully discussed.

General complaints should be directed to The Principal in the first instance. Should a matter remain unresolved, parents have the right to make representation to the Chair of Governors and failing that the Local Authority.
