Natalie Hearmon

Co-opted Governor

I lead a team of Health Economists and Statisticians working across offices in the UK, US and Singapore. This includes management of and overall responsibility for the delivery of projects to develop health economic models and perform statistical analyses for a wide range of clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, as well as overseeing training and mentorship for the team.

I believe that schooling is an integral and crucial part of a child’s upbringing and can have an enormous impact on someone’s future prospects. I am therefore keen to use my time to get involved and support education in my local community, particularly given the widespread and ongoing challenges faced by the education sector following the Covid pandemic and cost-of-living crisis. Doing this by becoming a School Governor will, I hope, also be of mutual benefit, both by giving my existing skills and time, and by gaining further experience personally and professionally. I am especially interested in the education sector as I have two young children who will soon be starting school and am married to a teacher.
